I totally understand the wish for this. But.........There is NO SAFE PERMANENT FILLER for the backs of the hands, or anywhere else in my opinion.
Generally the best and safest bet is the Juvederm Ultra Plus done by an experienced dermatologist. It should last 9 - 12 months on average, but remember we are still individuals and your experience may be different.
